Rock Band is a collaborative weekly music therapy program for teens & adults with neurodiverse needs that provides opportunity for each member to express their unique individual voice by sharing their love for music in a fun and safe environment while working on a variety of therapeutic goals.

Participants are given an equal opportunity to express themselves and work collaboratively to create a rock band from start to finish! Participants will start with creating a band name, learning the basics of each instrument, writing a group song together and finally recording it to share with family and friends.

This program meets once a week for one hour.

Seats are limited as the program only can facilitate 4 to 5 participants for each.

*All therapists also offer individual adapted music lessons and support for those that would like to learn more to advance their musical skills overall on guitar, drums and/or piano.

This program gave my son a chance to work on his social skills as well as a place to express himself, have fun and be accepted for who he really is.
